Grass Siding Sistem

Exterior Siding systems comprise an exterior siding material protecting the exteriors of main buildings of residence against the effect of humidity, moisture and corrosion, not requiring dye and maintenance for half a century, and able to survive for a lifetime.

Grass siding application system has a fully separate structure from siding in terms of the structure of material and appearance. The similarity of terms is only due to the fact that their scope of use is the same.  Grass siding is converted to a manufactured product after plastering of synthetic grass carpets in various densities and weights woven at NURTEKS carpet factory on polypropylene base cloth by forming a bitumen-based layer behind the rolls of 1x10 m. After grass siding is manufactured as a product, the bituminous layer is melted by heating with a fire gun and the melted bitumen is adhered to the bottom surface of backcloth with priming or membrane adhered, so that we obtain an exterior view identical to natural grass compared to other sidings. Having a unique method in terms of application technique, grass siding is the first decorative exterior siding material adhered through a fire gun.
In addition to its different appearance on exterior surfaces, grass siding is also a water insulation material, which has an efficient contribution to sound and heat insulation proved through university reports.
